Ticket sales open for Perth's 2025 NRL Premiership fixtures

Tickets go on sale on Tuesday 3 December for three high-profile NRL games to be held in Perth as part of the 2025 NRL Premiership Season.

  • Tickets go on sale for three Perth 2025 NRL Premiership Season games
  • WA rugby league fans and visitors get the chance to see six NRL teams in action at local venues next year
  • Perth to also host epic State of Origin Game II showdown on 18 June 2025

Tickets go on sale today for three high-profile NRL games to be held in Perth as part of the 2025 NRL Premiership Season.

From 10am (AWST) today, the general public will be able to secure tickets for the NRL double-header at Optus Stadium on 12 April next year, as well as the Dolphins' return to HBF Park on 21 June.

The WA double-header fixture returns after its success in 2023, when 45,814 fans flocked to Optus Stadium to make up the third-biggest NRL premiership crowd of the season.

The Cronulla Sharks, last year's preliminary finalists, will meet the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in the opening match. The Sharks are no strangers to Perth, having beaten the Rabbitohs here in 2023.

The NRL Premiership's most successful team, the South Sydney Rabbitohs, will headline the second match, playing against the North Queensland Cowboys.

The Dolphins will return to HBF Park to take on the Newcastle Knights. The 2025 fixture comes after last year's Dolphins v Roosters game attracted a record-breaking crowd of 20,027 - the largest sporting attendance since HBF Park became a rectangular venue.

Excitement for rugby league continues to swell in WA ahead of State of Origin Game II at Optus Stadium on 18 June 2025, with tickets again expected to sell out.

Comments attributed to Premier Roger Cook:

"Next year presents more fantastic opportunities for Western Australian rugby league fans and visitors to show their support for the game and enjoy NRL magic here in the west.

"With three 2025 NRL Premiership Season games coming to Perth, as well as State of Origin Game II, local fans will get the chance to see eight teams in action right here on their doorstep next year - the Maroons and Blues, and the Dolphins, Sharks, Rabbitohs, Sea Eagles, Cowboys and Knights.

"Last year's Roosters v Dolphins game set a new attendance record for sport at HBF Park in the rectangular format, and Perth's 2023 NRL double-header was one of the best-attended games overall that season.

"WA rugby league fans continue to show up in force, and the four high-profile games scheduled for Perth venues next year are a testament to that."

Comments attributed to Sport and Recreation Minister David Templeman:

"It's fantastic six NRL teams are coming to WA next year across three games, and I encourage all fans of rugby league to get in quick to snap up their tickets.

"It was a thrill to see HBF Park set a record at the Dolphins v Roosters game earlier this year and I'm sure fans will relish seeing the Dolphins in action again at one of the country's best rectangular venues.

"Optus Stadium is also ready to deliver a monster crowd at next year's double-header as we look to once again set the record for one of the biggest NRL crowds in 2025."
